Showing you the way

A Different Kind of Lawyer

Finding your way through the legal system without an experienced, qualified attorney is like navigating a boat in unfamiliar waters without a pilot. This is especially true for the hard-working father of three who had the misfortune of getting hurt on the job or the mother of young children injured in a car accident.

After years of successfully handling workers’ compensation and personal injury claims, I can lead you down the best path to reach your goal.

I look forward to working with you to help you reach a satisfying resolution to your legal needs.

11 + 3 =

Workers’ Compensation

Your employer is required to pay you certain benefits if you are injured on the job in Maryland. The three most common are: (1) two-thirds of your average weekly wage; (2) medical expenses caused by the work-related injury; and (3) permanent disability benefits (if applicable).

Personal Injury

The law forces those who are responsible for causing accidents to take responsibility for their actions. I will do everything within the law to get the responsible person to pay for your lost wages, medical expenses, and pain and suffering caused by the car accident.

Social Security Disability

If you have a disability caused by injury or illness that prevents you from working anywhere, in any field of work, you may be entitled to Social Security Disability benefits.

Chart a course of accomplishment

The key to any successful case is knowing your needs

The key to any successful outcome in negotiations or court is an attorney who knows your needs.   Together, we can chart a course of accomplishment. Our conversation begins with a free consultation where you voice your concerns and goals. Since passing the bar in 2001, I have learned many ways that the legal system can help you get your lost wages and medical bills paid.

The free consultation is not the last time you will discuss your case with an attorney prior to deposition, hearing or trial. I take a personal interest in your case and stay in frequent contact with you to monitor progress.

In addition to personal attention, I offer years of experience trying cases at all levels, workers’ compensation hearings, district and circuit court trials and appeals.

My practical litigation experience gives me an advantage in negotiating settlements if you chose not to go to court. Insurance companies and opposing attorneys understand that I will do everything within the law to maximize your recovery.

I look forward to working with you to help you reach a satisfying resolution to your legal needs. Please contact me today to set-up your free consultation today.
