Rob Weston: Dedicated Advocate for the Injured and Disabled
Before becoming a highly regarded attorney, Rob Weston spent years shaping young minds as a high school teacher, where he taught American history, politics, and government. His deep-rooted belief in equality and justice for all Americans inspired him to pursue a legal career. Rob’s passion for ensuring that those without financial or political clout can access the legal system remains at the core of his practice.
Rob began his legal journey at the well-respected Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. During his first year, he secured an internship with the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (now known as the American Association for Justice), where he witnessed firsthand the necessity of powerful advocates for individuals facing the might of wealthy insurance companies and pharmaceutical giants. This experience solidified his commitment to becoming a champion for the injured and disabled.
After earning his law degree in 2001, Rob joined a respected Montgomery County firm, where he honed his expertise in personal injury and workers’ compensation law. However, in 2006, driven by a desire to offer more personalized and dedicated legal service, Rob opened his own firm. Since then, his practice has flourished, fueled by referrals from satisfied clients, fellow attorneys, and physicians.
Rob Weston is a trusted attorney licensed to practice in both state and federal courts in Maryland. He is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, Maryland Association for Justice, and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star* for his outstanding dedication to justice.
With years of experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security Disability law, Rob Weston continues to fight for individuals who need a strong voice in the legal system. Whether you’re dealing with an on-the-job injury or seeking disability benefits, Rob’s compassionate approach ensures you are heard, represented, and protected.
